Determination of sCD36 and oxLDL levels
Enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays (ELISA) for oxLDL (Mercodia Oxidized LDL ELISA) and sCD36 (Human soluble CD36 ELISA, kit-Aviscera Bioscience) were performed, according to the manufacturer’s instructions, with an intra-assay CV <6% and interassay CV <7% for oxLDL ELISA assay, and an intra-assay CV <5% and interassay CV <9% for CD36 ELISA assay.Citations:
